Coaching for adults with ADHD

Living with ADHD in adulthood can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve received a late ADHD diagnosis. Coaching can help by providing structured ADHD help for adults who want strategies to better manage their time, build focus, and reduce their everyday stress

Adults with ADHD often struggle with organisation, procrastination, or low self-esteem, impacting their work, relationships and home life. I combine therapeutic treatment for ADHD, with practical, personalised coaching to help you address your emotional challenges and learn strategies and accountability to support lasting change.

My ADHD coaching approach breaks goals into achievable steps, builds motivation, and supports you to develop systems that actually work for the way your brain operates.

If you’re navigating ADHD in adulthood, coaching can help bridge the gap between understanding your diagnosis and living confidently with it. Whether you’ve recently received a late ADHD diagnosis, or have been managing symptoms for years, ADHD coaching can provide you with personalised tools, guidance, and support to help you thrive.

We'll work together to identify your goals, plan the steps to achieve them, identify any barriers and build a personalised toolkit.

You will direct our sessions based on what you want to achieve. We'll focus on your personal development and what you need to improve your wellbeing.

As an online ADHD coach, I use an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach that incorporates psychology and counselling therapies including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy and values-based therapy.

My goal is to create a positive and trusting relationship with you by providing a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to truly be yourself.
