I know how you feel. I was trapped in the emotional eating-diet-relapse cycle for 15 years.

While emotional eating fills a void, it rob us of our self-respect, confidence, joy and health.  

The answer is simple - our thoughts and feelings create our behaviour so if you're ready to identify what's really causing you to emotionally eat, I can help. 

 

Moderating food is difficult because you need to eat to live. Willpower only gets you so far so deeper work is needed to make a long-term change.

 

By changing my mindset about dieting, and doing the inner work, I lost 35 kilos and have kept it off for 20 years.

 

Learning the cause of my emotional eating, new coping strategies and how to reclaim my control empowered me to change my behaviour and leave the shame, guilt and anxiety behind.

 

I became a Weight Watchers leader to help others, and years later, I find myself back as an emotional eating coach so I can continue to support others on their journey.

My qualifications

  • Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drugs Practice (2023)

  • Graduate Diploma of Psychology (2006)

  • Bachelor of Business, majoring in Communications (2002)

  • 20 years working in corporate coaching, communications and change management

  • Lost 35 kilos and have kept off for over 20 years

  • 2 years as a Weight Watchers leader  

  • Personal lived experienced of childhood trauma, emotional eating disorder, alcohol use, depression, anxiety, pregnancy loss, infertility, adult ADHD diagnosis and mother of neuro-divergent children
